Position Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer at ShyftLabs, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with onshore teams and onshore/offshore technical teams to deliver solutions for your assigned portfolio under development. You will actively participate in defining and delivering application systems, subsystems, and interfaces while validating technology assumptions and evaluating alternatives. Having advanced full stack web developer skills will be crucial in executing the development and maintenance of applications and microservices that support online and digital commerce initiatives.
In this role, you will demonstrate fluency in a variety of programming languages, databases, and back-/front-end programming to ensure the successful execution of your responsibilities. Understanding the solution context and actively collaborating with teams, customers, and suppliers is essential for ensuring alignment and delivering high-quality products. You will also bring practical experience in Agile and Kanban delivery models to effectively manage the complexities of large-scale solution development. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with other offshore and onsite development and QA resources to ensure successful development and delivery of products.

Strong experience across .NET Development, C#
You should have a strong background in .NET development and be proficient in C#. Your expertise in this area will be vital in delivering high-quality solutions.
Experienced with the Microsoft Azure platform
Having experience and familiarity with the Microsoft Azure platform is important. You will be expected to leverage the platform effectively in your development work.
A good working knowledge of ASP.Net and WebAPI (Full Framework and .Net)
You should have a good working knowledge of ASP.Net and WebAPI, both in the Full Framework and .Net versions. This knowledge will be crucial in developing robust and efficient web applications.
Experience building SPA web applications using Javascript/Typescript/React
You should have experience building single-page web applications (SPAs) using popular frontend technologies such as Javascript, Typescript, and React. This experience will enable you to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS / Azure)
Having knowledge of serverless computing, particularly on platforms like AWS and Azure, will be beneficial. You should understand the concepts and best practices associated with serverless architecture.
Knowledge of database development, SQL Server with Entity Framework, PostgreSQL, MySQL

Strong knowledge of SignalR
