Job Specifications:
As a Remote Full-Stack Engineer at MacroActive, your main responsibility will be to carry out the implementation of software based on the provided specifications and according to industry best practices and guidelines. You will need to keep up to date with new industry standards and mentor junior developers. Additionally, you will work with relevant stakeholders to set and maintain team-wide coding standards and architectural guidelines.
Must Haves:
To be successful in this role, you should ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer. We value individuals with a hungry, humble, and smart attitude, who are passionate about problem-solving and have experience with test-driven development (TDD). Proficiency in React, TypeScript, PHP, and express.js is essential. It is also desirable to have experience with using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, TabNine, or similar, basic understanding of service-oriented architecture, and experience working remotely in an effective and efficient way. Additionally, you should have sufficient proficiency with the English language.
