Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at FreeWill, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality, velocity, and sustainability of the company's cloud and engineering platforms. You will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team and take on significant responsibilities across multiple projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include piloting technical initiatives, explaining solutions to complex problems, fostering a culture of ownership and empowerment, and contributing ideas to improve the product, technology, and team practices.
Required Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience working with AWS, specifically with serverless architecture such as API Gateway, Lambda, Cloudfront, and S3. Prior experience with the Serverless Framework is also necessary. Familiarity with modern DevOps toolsets for infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and security is an advantage. Additionally, you should have experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python and scaling production cloud systems for complex web applications.
Hiring Process
Recruiter and Hiring Manager Phone Screen
