Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist, your responsibilities at TalentGenius will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models, with a focus on NLP and Generative AI, to drive our career management platform. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the outputs from large language models, given the data inputs.
- Maintaining awareness of and utilizing state-of-the-art AI techniques and models, including Generative models and classic NLP models, to ensure that our AI technology remains cutting-edge.
- Mapping and analyzing multiple data sets, with an emphasis on text-based data. You will be responsible for structuring the data and drawing conclusions and correlations from it.
- Benchmarking, evaluating, and documenting model performance, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement of models.

Skills & Qualifications
