About the Position

At Marc Nolan, we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Designer with a focus on ecommerce to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) of our Shopify based website. We are also preparing to launch a women's collection, which will require updates to the UX/UI of our site, creating an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to our success. You will work closely with our Director of Marketing to understand our company, our current setup, and explore ways to improve and enhance our website.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Web Designer at Marc Nolan, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting ongoing weekly design updates to our website in collaboration with our director of marketing and .
  • Performing audit and optimization of our website through CRO , with a focus on high-value pages such as the homepage, collection pages, and product pages, to improve conversions.
  • Creating landing pages to enhance our funnels from Social Ads to Landing Pages to Conversions.
  • Implementing custom design work in collaboration with our developer.
  • Providing regular KPI reporting on a bi-weekly to monthly basis.
  • Managing and recommending the appropriate tech stack to use.
  • Troubleshooting tech issues that may arise.
  • Refining our site's branding through design enhancements such as updating fonts, resolving spacing issues, improving layouts, and enhancing neglected pages like the FAQ page and Store Page.
  • Updating our website's navigation and flow to accommodate both our men's line and upcoming women's line.

Requirements
