Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for all people operation data management and manage HRIS system accuracy
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Responsible for all new hire onboarding process & orientation
  • Manages the Bugcrowd Intranet pages for the company and HR processes.
  • Primary responsibility for all General HR requests and questions
  • Coordinates the full offboarding process
  • Generates and runs basic reports or queries and validate data accuracy
  • Support the HR administration of special projects across the HR team

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 2+ years of experience in the Human Resource field.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity for taking ownership of their responsibilities.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: The initiative to anticipate potential problems and take preemptive action to prevent or mitigate them.

At Bugcrowd, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the of HR Generalist is: $66,200 – $83,400.

This may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
